These terms govern your use of the Jointly website and app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed in ZAR through our payment partner. Trials, renewals, and cancellations work as described at sign-up. Prices may change with notice.

4. Acceptable use

Use Jointly lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or upload unlawful content.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, including storing and sharing content as the features intend.

6. Records & disclaimers

Jointly provides record-keeping tools but does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee any particular legal outcome. Records should be verified for your specific needs.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jointly is provided “as is” and our liability is limited as set out in these terms.
